Had gotten some yellow crystals, and being nobody else in guild was online at 3 am, I took to the Etheral Fortress with my bard. I summoned one, discoed, and it died fairly quickly.

Was going to summon second when someone came running up. So, I logged, and came back. Nobody around. Stayed hidden for awhile, then summoned, next thing i know a guild shows up that the other player called in. They took one whack at it each, died a couple times, and I the summoner, and bard that discoed lost the robe to twinks that wont go get their own crystals.

Im a bard. Not a mage, nor a tamer. I kill with my music.

They need to fix looting rights, that only the summoner and any party members get access to the looting rights. IF the one that summons leaves the area, then make public. Something, otherwise, I have to wait till i get a tamer and two healers to kill the thing after i disco.

Unfortunately this kinda stuff happens in UO where most of the playerbase is a bunch of greedy moochers. Your best bet would have been to not log on and summon another for another day or so. Now that that particular guild knows you spawn them in the fortress, and now the rest of UO (stratics), you'll probably get camped pretty frequently.

Bolded important part.

You have two options with harbinginer, you can kill it with positive karma creatures and risk losing the loot to other players, or you can kill it yourself and get the loot. Being a bard has nothing to do with where you summoned it, which was to get help killing it from the mobs around. you could have dropped it in destard and sicc'd greater dragons on it or somewhere else where you could have provoked things onto it to get the loot.

I wish I had a 100 of them crystals I would find the guilds that are doing this and let them all go around their guild house.

It was funny though, everyone from that guild died at least once. I didnt.
